Engel & Völkers And Revaluate Partner to Improve Real Estate Marketing Strategy
Real estate marketing strategy is evolving quickly because there is much concern over how best to handle the FCC changes to lead generation. Few real estate agents or brokers have a strategy to deal with these changes – and some are not aware the massive changes begin to ramp up in April of this year.
That’s why Engel & Völkers partnered with Revaluate. Their goal is to help its Advisors improve their databases, and improve their real estate marketing strategy. Advisors and management know there are deficiencies and room for improvement.
Even before we knew we had to deal with the upcoming changes, current marketing strategy has been broken. We know, because have data to prove this. In February, we graded 4,000 Revaluate client databases, and the average real estate database graded at an F. “Needs improvement” puts it lightly.
Currently, databases lack complete data, including perhaps the most important part: the physical address.
Buyer leads lack the seller address. If you don’t have their address, you don’t know if they live in Beaverton, Bettendorf or Boston. If you sell real estate – you need to know where they live, so you can do a pop by, a cma or send them direct mail.
Dirty databases waste marketing money. Clean databases convert better lead gen.

Revaluate will be speaking at EVX, the Engel and Völkers conference this week at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. We will discuss the real estate marketing issues that are on the horizon, and discuss easy solutions to not just keep Realtors out of hot water with the FCC and Spam gods, but also plot a path forward for improved Lead Gen.
