The BEST vs WORST Time to Buy a Home

When is the Best vs Worst time to buy a home? The 10 year host of The Late Show with Seth Meyers dipped his feet into the Real Estate neighborhood pool this week. The former SNL Weekend Update reporter has taken jabs at the industry for the sake of humor and entertainment before, but this one was on the nose.

Seth quoted a recent study from Zillow that revealed when the worst time to buy a home was. He then revealed when he felt was the best time to buy. And we was spot on.
