However, over the last 12 months (2023) Revaluate users report an eye popping 30.97% success rate.
MLS Listing Data via Report Card
Recently, Revaluate launched a new real estate data analysis service called Report Card. One of the features is that it automatically highlights transactions (sellers / listings) in your database – including the ones you didn’t know about. With this data we are able to prove our accuracy. IE: Revaluate makes a prediction that a property will sell, and if that property shows up in the MLS as a listing, in the right period of time, it’s a success.
