Love or hate Elon / Tesla, I’d say the Tesla Roadster product launch was incredible. It was as if P.T. Barnum and Steve Jobs had a baby.
At Revaluate, we’re known as innovators, primarily working within housing, data and predictions. Occasionally, we wander into politics and policy as they relate to housing. This Halloween, we may have wandered a little further.
As I wrote recently, changes to housing law include removing the permanent steel chassis requirement for manufactured homes. This is a big deal. Removing that restriction opens the door to light weight new designs, including multiple stories, and some creative thinking about delivery.
Naturally, we’ve taken this one reasonable step further. In the spirit of making cars fly, we’ve secured several discreet jet engines to our new farmhouse model. Detail-oriented observers will notice one tucked neatly into the chimney, allowing us to fly the entire home into pin-perfect-position.
