Best Real Estate Predictive Analytics for Sphere of Influence: 2022

The Close has written about Revaluate in the past, and today they’ve heaped praise on our artificial intelligence and predictive analytics in a new article saying Revaluate was the Best Real Estate Predictive Analytics Company for Getting the Most From Your Sphere of Influence – but thats not all. They also created a list of Revaluate Lead Gen “cons”. So what did they say – how badly do we fail to predict the future? Do we need to go back in time to make things right? Let’s take a look at our future with the good and bad of Revaluate according to The Close.

Below, we took a screen shot showing their list of Revaluate Pros and Cons (text unedited) but you can also find the whole article here.)

The Problems With Revaluate:
a) a database of at least 1,000 people is recommended, making this not a great tool or someone just starting out.
Revaluate Response: Specifically, Revaluate requires email addresses, not “people”, but thats not what they were getting at here and likely just semantics. Secondly, Revaluate is built for integration and automation – creating efficiencies in order to maximize sales from large databases. So on this, The Close is correct – Its kinda like saying this car can’t be driven by a dog. (Right Einstein?) Revaluate is built for teams brokers and brands. We also work with ad agencies, insurance firms, software vendors and CRM’s.

b) Only basic training resources (though to be fair, the customer support is great)
Revaluate Response: Woo! Way to go Revaluate customer support! Katrina leads our customer care and is awesome for sure. She can be reached via website chat tool, email or phone. If you’ve not talked with her yet, you will really appreciate her knowledge and care.
We’ve built out a section of the website called Resources that contains our onboarding process, integration information (links) with videos and step by step processes, a link to our almost weekly facebook AMA (ask me anything) videos and links to relevant blog posts… like the one you are reading right now!
(WOAH – we may have just found a worm hole or a loop in the space time continuum!)

But the reality is that once you integrate Revaluate into your system or process – its automatic, and requires no additional training or effort … And thats a beautiful thing.

c) No real marketing services available.
Revaluate Response: Yeah, thats the point. None at all.
Revaluate scores databases – most of our clients have Revaluate embedded inside another tool – like combining a CRM with a marketing service like FollowUpBoss and Ylopo, or like Boomtown or Happy Grasshopper, or Chime, Sierra Interactive, or even SalesForce.

Revaluate is are not a CRM, though we’ve been asked to make these features… we are not an all in one tool. We are just really good at what we do – predicting the future of people to move AND we play nice with others. IE: we integrate really well via API into other marketing tools.  We make your marketing tools, better.

So it’s hard to compare the other “all in one” package tools included in the article such as offrs and smart zip (both owned by constellation software) to Revaluate.  They are all walled gardens that don’t integrate  – Revaluate is built for automatic integration via API and makes your tools better with out the cost of switching CRM’s or pain of maintaining duplicate databases.
