Revaluate Review: A Rental Client, a Pregnancy, and the Power of Staying in Touch

Most real estate software promises more leads, more automation, more AI and maybe more contacts.

Thats fine, Revaluate does that to some extent as well. But I’m more into quality over quantity. The stories I really appreciate are different. They’re usually smaller, quieter moments. An agent staying in touch with someone at the right time. A conversation that would have otherwise been missed. A client relationship that looked dormant on the surface, but underneath, life was changing quickly.

That’s why I wanted to share this Revaluate review from Vincent Capriotti. It’s not a story about internet leads or a massive marketing campaign. It’s a review about recognizing movement inside an existing relationship before the client ever raised their hand again.

“Before we got on to Revaluate, we got a client. They weren’t ready to buy yet. So we got them into a rental.

They were in the rental probably two months. And then all of a sudden, I’m showing it to Kai, this program (Revaluate). I’m like, Hey, man, I’m like, you know, Susie and Joe, I’m like, they’re popping up like super high here. I’m like, I’m not sure.

It was a it’s a one bedroom, like apartment that we got into that they could afford. And I was like, look, reach out to them. I’m like, it’s, you know, it’s coming up high for a reason. And he was the lead on it anyway. It was a lead that I gave him.

He reaches out, finds out that now she’s pregnant.

So, you know, it all works. And obviously they just got into the lease and everything, but It was just a reason again to stay in front of them and it really went to show that, hey, look, you know, whatever you guys are spying on or how your search patterns, it’s working.

So I love it.

Vincent and I talked again this week. Business is going well, and he credits Revaluate with helping him stay in front of the right people at the right time.

What’s interesting is that this Revaluate review came from his early days as a Revaluate client. He originally shared it with me more than a year ago, and somehow I never published it. Since then, he’s continued using Revaluate, recently renewed his agreement, and is still seeing value from it today.

He also had another request recently: his CRM was missing roughly 450 physical mailing addresses. We worked with him to repair and append the missing data. The results? We recovered 363 physical addresses and corrected another 50 contact names that contained errors.

That’s the part of real estate data most people don’t see.

Predictive analytics and AI are powerful, but they depend on the quality of the underlying database. Bad contact data quietly breaks marketing, weakens follow up, and causes relationships to fade over time.

Anyone can have a good first month with a new tool. The real test is whether it becomes part of how an agent actually operates over time. For Vincent, it did.
