We’re Hiring: Real Estate CRM, Database & Sales Specialist
At Revaluate, I’m not looking for a generic SaaS account executive.

I’m looking for someone who understands how real estate businesses actually operate. Someone who understands CRMs, databases, follow-up, and the reality that most agents are sitting on years of relationships they’re barely leveraging.
What we do at Revaluate isn’t really traditional software sales. A lot of our conversations are about missed opportunities hiding in databases, bad data slowly killing relationships, and helping agents reconnect with people they already know.
The right person for this role probably sits somewhere between sales, marketing, operations, and real estate.
This real estate CRM, database & sales specialist needs to be comfortable with outbound and follow-up. They need to be able to have real conversations with agents and brokers, not just run demos. They need enough technical understanding to talk through CRMs and automation, but also enough emotional intelligence to understand how relationship-based businesses actually work.
Most importantly, they need the internal motor to execute consistently.
Bonus points if they’ve spent time in proptech, mortgage tech, ISA teams, CRM companies, or real estate marketing systems. But honestly, I’m less interested in polished resumes than curiosity, consistency, and someone who naturally moves conversations forward.
Truthfully, I could use your help.
I’m in a bit of a pinch where I need to hire relatively quickly, but I also care a lot about getting the right person. So I figured I’d ask the people kind enough to read the rubbish I write. My assumption is we probably think somewhat similarly, and you likely know good people.
Interestingly, the two longest-tenured salespeople we’ve had at Revaluate both came through referrals from people I already knew and trusted. We’ve also had some good hires outside the network, but the consistency hasn’t been the same.
Maybe that’s luck, or a culture fit. Maybe it’s just that relationship-driven human powered businesses still run best on human relationships… (mind blown)
Either way, I trust this network more than a generic job board.
So… I’d genuinely value your advice.
If someone comes to mind, shoot an intro over to [email protected].
Even if they’re not formally “looking,” I’d still be interested in the conversation.
