The Free Database Grade and Audit

Revaluate is pleased to offer another industry first, The Free Database Grade and Audit.  Most real estate agents know there is gold in their database – but they don’t know how much it’s worth.  They also know there’s a lot of junk in their database. In short, most databases are overdue for some maintenance and cleansing.  Revaluate can help with both – and give you a clear visual of the health of your database.

The Simple Process

After syncing or sending Revaluate your contacts you will get a free database grade and audit.  If you’ve not already done so, use this link to grade and audit your database for free. The database grade and audit is a fast, but not instant process.  Generally it takes Revaluate about 10 min per thousand records to process and grade your database.  You can check back in and refresh your page to see progress.

What’s Free?

When looking at a Revaluate report card, Two boxes on the Report Card are included for free – the Red Database Grade box, and the Green Audit box.
With the Grade box you can see the letter grade. Don’t be shocked if its not an A or a B. The grade of most databases are not good.  We grade just like highschool on an A-F scale.  Unfortunately, its not uncommon to have a D or an F right out of the gate.

The green audit box shows you some details on why your database got the grade shown above. It highlights some obvious issues, such as “suspicious contacts”

Suspicious contacts include contacts like [email protected] and [email protected] We also identify all the real estate agents from your database –  To do this check, we look for real estate agency URL’s but also go check their job description on linkedin because it’s not going to be easy to sell a fellow real estate agents house right – so they are suspicious as well.

We also identify where you have holes in your data – frequently agents are missing physical addresses on a large number of contacts.  This makes sense, as all zillow, realtor.com and other buyer leads do not come with the seller address.

Without a seller address, you don’t know if they live in Beaverton, Bentondorf or Boston.  Without a physical address you cant do direct mail, a CMA or a door knock.  These contacts are actually costing you on wasted marketing and sales efforts – until you fill in the blanks and get the physical address.

Post Audit: Looking Forward

With a completed free database grade and audit you are on the right path forward.  Next use the How Do I Improve button, you can take another step forward and we can repair your database.  Sometimes the repair work is obvious and clear and sometimes it’s a bit nuanced. We are working to automate this process and make it more simple to use. Currently it’s not fully automatic. One of our data nerds can help you understand the results of the free database grade and audit and how you can most benefit from a repair. To do so, schedule a time here: http://revaluate.com/talk  or click the repair button on your report card.

Repair jobs are usually complete in under two business days, and typically cost .20 per repaired record. With non subscriber accounts minimums apply – but that gets confusing so I wont get into the weeds here.  You may also decide to bundle our services to save you time and money. Your Data Nerd can help with pricing after your free database grade and audit are complete.

The point, obviously, is to improve and clean your database. With clean data, you will reduce waste, remove suspicious contacts and find more real prospects. This data repair will make your sales calls more efficient and effective. Data repair will also make your marketing more efficient so you can stop wasting money on marketing that never gets delivered correctly and focus on those people that are most likely to move. Clean data makes for happy Lead Gen!
