The Alternative to Likely.ai Real Estate AI & Data

Former customers of the data, AI and lead gen company Likely.ai are looking for an alternative to likely.ai. It seems a significant change or shift at likely.ai has prompted former customers to seek alternatives. Revaluate offers many of the services that were available at Likely, paired with amazing customer service and best in class data quality.

The Likely.ai Shift

The reality behind the shift is unclear. You can see via recent commentary on the likely.ai Facebook page, examples of Real Estate Agents jumping on planned calls with Likely.ai Customer Service, only to get no call no showed. This must be very frustrating. It’s also not a good sign for the company.

Several likely.ai employees have an “open to work” status on Linkedin.

To learn more, I’ve reached out to the founder/CEO and the investors behind the company, and received zero response. No news might be no news… or not be good news. But the reality is that a lack of clarity is forcing hundreds of clients to scramble to find a replacement for artificial intelligence, scoring, leads, lead gen and data.

Likely’s last round of fundraising, came in Sept 2021 was a moderate to low seed round. In total they raised $1.2M (according to Crunchbase). While this may feel like a large amount of investment to some it may have proven to be inefficient as the company was still searching for product market fit.

Research and testing directly with your customers can be expensive for the company and frustrating for clients. In the end, the company invested in a wide variety of tools, systems and integrations. I’ve found it to be beneficial to focus very tightly on that which you can do well, rather than a spray and pray method. If the accusations on FB are correct, the company has dimmed the lights to save money.

The Alternative to Likely.ai

For almost 10 years, Revaluate has focused on databases and predicting likely movers. We offer several similar services – but not all that likely.ai offered. We last raised money back in 2017 and have been growing organically since. While not accepting outside investment has limited our growth, i’ve found it a more safe strategy. Organic growth doesn’t have a “runway” of outside capitol to focus on, and can focus on taking care of your customers.
