Lead Gen: Follow Up Boss API Integration Update!

A new update to the Follow Up Boss and Revaluate API integration that will help Real Estate teams, Brokerages and agents automate prospecting and lead gen with better data.

Ryan Dendievel, Head of Business Development at Revaluate, is excited to share a new update to our integration with Follow Up Boss. “Now our users can utilize three different Revaluate tags within the system that correlates with their Reveal move score. These tags will automatically update inside of their Follow Up Boss account.” Click below for Ryan’s full update video!

Revaluate has been working closely with Follow Up Boss’s Dev team to integrate Revaluate’s data seamlessly so users can start automating more action plans. A workaround before, now Revaluate’s data will be auto-tagged in Follow Up Boss to use with their native automation program.

Follow Up Boss API Setup:
If you take a look into your Revaluate account, make sure under ‘settings’ you have entered in your API Key. From there you are going to want to enable Follow Up Boss syncing and tagging. 

We have created 3 different Revaluate tags to help you identify what category each of your contacts is in. 

Revaluate_vlm = Very Likely Mover with score 80+ (move within next 6 months)

Revaluate_eng = Engaged Mover with score 40-80

Revaluate_not_eng = Not Engaged with a score less than 40

Revaluate data updates every night so when a contact moves from one category to another, the old tag will be deleted and updated with the new one. 

Revaluate Tag Automation Setup:

Log into Follow Up Boss, and head over to the Admin section

a) Click Automations                      

b) Click Add Automation

c) Find the Revaluate Tag (Search for Revaluate)

d) Click Add Action

e) Add Action Plan  (select your plan from the list)

With hundreds of action plans available through Follow Up Boss, you can find the right messaging you want to send to the different Revaluate categories. Let Follow Up Boss do the heavy lifting with automating your everyday communication as the scores update. 

Ryan took the liberty to create an action plan that will help users track the Revaluate score updates too! Search for ‘Revaluate Category Change Adds Note to Timeline’ and see it already created for you. This will add a note to the timeline when a contact’s tag updates so users can keep track of the communication changes.
