Tom Ferry’s Review of Revaluate

Real Estate coach Tom Ferry gave his review of Revaluate in my backyard yesterday. The bummer? There was no BBQ, beer or bocce ball, because actually he was just figuratively in my backyard … in Denver. (If you are new here, Sorry. I dad joke like this… too often. But hey, thats how you know Chat GPT didn’t write this) I digress. I made the quick drive from Golden, and joined about 700 other people including, Andrew Dorn from FUB, a ton of Fidelity and Heritage Title folks. There were obviously mostly, real estate teams and agents from here in Colorado but also all the way from Minnesota to take in his Road Map Road Show event. The crowd was early arrive and juiced from the get go.

Tom’s key takeaway at the event was basically focus on revenue producing activities. Stop wasting time, focus, and clean out the junk. This is the same story when it came to agent databases. Clean up your database and fill in the gaps. Improve your real estate lead gen. Stop wasting time calling everyone, focus on contacts that are likely to move due to life events, and improve your marketing game so you can close a higher percentage of your database that actually will move.
