Kraken: The Real Estate Data Slicer

Revaluate just rolled out the Kraken Real Estate Data Slicer, a powerful update for marketers, lead gen, sales people and operations managers of real estate teams. Or, if you are a single agent that does all those roles – you are in for a treat.

The Kracken is a High Speed Real Estate Data Slicer in sheep’s clothing.  We’ve cloaked it in the name “Contacts” so as not to confuse land lubbers and the simple minded. You will find it right where “Contacts” have always lived, on the left navigation in your Revaluate account.  Only now, you have the power to release the kraken. Now you can take a deep dive into your data – exploring segments you thought were mere dreams of buried treasure – in the blink of an eye. What was our most requested filter we’ve added? “Sort contacts that crossed the Very Likely Mover threshold today.”  Here’s how it works.

How To Feed the Kraken

You don’t need Jules Verne as a guide – it’s pretty self explanatory and you will be slicing data in seconds.  Careful, you might get sucked in.

First, the whole contacts page looks different, but don’t fret.  There is a handy Blue Box at the top with a drop down with pre-built, easy to click filter options for you to explore. It’s labeled “Standard Filters”. Start your testing with this blue box.

Next,  Look for the three new navigation tabs below the blue box, on the left of the table. Stats, Columns and Filters. This is where you can begin to really dig into how to slice your data.

Once you’ve built the list the way you want, use the blue “export” button at the bottom to put your sliced data to work.

Tips:

  • Click the top of any column to sort by that column
  • Drag and drop any column to reorder the sheet
  • Click the drop down on columns to add logic to your sort (pictured)

  • Use the “columns” button on the left to Add or Remove columns
  • After any filters are applied, download this list by clicking the blue “Export” button in the bottom left of the page.
  • Your Big Colorful Boxes showing VLM and Engaged movers, are now in the tidy “stats” section. (pictured) They moved from the top right, to the top left. (I guess they were very likely to move, eh?)

Learn To Slice and Dice

The Kraken Loves Hugs

You are instrumental in improving Revaluate. Your feedback, insight, and industry intellect helps drive our innovation. This input and innovation in turn helps you become more dominant and efficient in your market.
We’ve just now released a new upgrade that was requested by our data oriented clients, that makes your Revaluate account the best place to slice, dice, repair and Reveal likely movers in a real estate database.

The best part? There is no additional cost for existing users, and you don’t need to take action – it’s already alive in your account. LoginDespite her reputation, the Kraken Real Estate Data Slicer and her keepers love warm fuzzies of good success stories, and if you’d like, we’d like to share them here on the blog. But true innovation and ground breaking improvements are dirty. Innovation is imperfect. They come from trials and errors, from cutting edge lessons learned. Improvment comes from your experience. So we’d love to know, what is it that you want to see in your Revaluate? How will the Kraken be used in your business? Share your thoughts at [email protected] or reach out to one of us on the team directly.
