Find the Best Leads, Contacts and People
Revaluate has been focused on helping you segment your database and find the best leads. Your database is probably made up of leads, a farm, contacts and most importantly your Sphere of Influence. All three of these types typically have different contact info. The person from the grocery line: Just a phone number. That Zillow lead? Lacks an Address. Its pretty uncommon to have a full contact record: Name, Email, Phone Number and Physical address.
We know this after running databases in our Free Database Grade and Audit tool for 12 months. We’ve been helping segment that data for our clients, and then appending (filling in the blanks) when possible. For example, that Zillow lead thats missing the seller address, we can typically find for Revaluate clients.

New and Improved
In July, we rolled out an update that refreshed the Revaluate dashboard. This was the new foundation for good things to come. As part of our ongoing work to improve our dashboard we will be rolling out another update to the contact page today.
Prior to today, we did not display contacts WITHOUT emails on the contact page. With the upcoming changes you will now be able to see and search for any contact within your database. So now you can find Marge from the grocery line – She is after all a contact.
As a result, there will be additional contacts in your Revaluate Dashboard. The Contact Dashboard/Page will now display ALL contacts including those without emails.
Don’t fret tho, your billing wont change. The High Water Mark (HWM) is only calculated via contacts WITH emails. We don’t charge for contacts WITHOUT emails. And as a reminder, VLM / Revaluate Scores are only calculated for contacts WITH emails.

So this is good news for fans of Real Estate Data. Thanks to our clients helpful feedback – we can now better help you find the best leads. There’s more good change on the horizon that will help you close more deals in the next year.
