Ask The Expert: Brian Burds

Watts Up with your Shocking Real Estate Lead Gen Marketing?

Brian Burds hails from El Paso Tx, and is the brains behind the Brian Burds Home Selling Team.  After a few conversations with him its fair to say he’s definitely one of the most creative real estate lead gen marketers.  I recently had the opportunity to hang out with Brian in Nashville.  We were both in town for the RATE mastermind.  (RATE = Radio And Television Experts) The room was packed with experts, including Tom Ferry and yet Brian wowed them from stage.

However, at dinner we got to talking about his unique approach to data and real estate lead gen – and I decided to invite him to join me for a recording of “Ask The Expert”.

Brian discussed his love of tech stack and systems, including smooth processes utilizing Sierra Interactive, Vyral Marketing, Infusionsoft and more… like high tech, thoughtful Door Knocking.

I love Brian’s creativity.  Beyond door knocking, his solution was shocking. While delivering pies or pumpkins door to door is kind, he’s found a way to tie it back to the home, and safety.  He and his team knocked on over 1k houses, during fire prevention week. Fire Prevention Week is observed each year during the week of October 9th in commemoration of the Great Chicago Fire, which began on October 8, 1871.  This year, his team generated leads by replacing smoke alarm 9 volt batteries in his prospects homes.

Brian leveraged his RATE partnership to connect with Barbara Corcoran.

In this Ask the Expert video, Brian dives deep into what systems and processes work, including the scripts that deliver great conversations.

Let us know if you’re charged up, or amped about this shocking 9 volt battery idea  – or share watts electrifying in your market. And if you have referrals moving to the El Passo Texas area, I highly suggest you connect with Brian.
