Today, I want to plant a seed with you so we can grow something together. We have been hard at work behind the scenes in our data laboratory over the past 12 months, building something that will drastically change the way the real estate industry looks at and works with AI, data, listings and real estate lead gen as a whole.

Revaluate started by helping individual agents identify likely movers in their SOI to help them generate listing leads with our core Reveal product. We continue to do so, now with an API and integrated in more than 18 real estate CRM’s. Additionally we’ve added the ability to grow and build a data farm by geography or geofarm for real estate lead gen (Reside) as well as cleaning up and appending existing datasets with Repair. This January Revaluate innovated again, launching our database grade tool – and it was very well received – and yet it’s only a feature that was a stepping stone to whats about to launch.

Savvy Revaluate clients will notice we’ve made a few subtle updates and changes. Simply poke around the dashboard to uncover some hints as to whats next. There’s more on the horizon that will have huge implications – and our existing subscribers who get in the que early will have first access.
