The Real Estate Referral Mastery Summit

Revaluate will be in Atlanta later this week, for the Real Estate Referral Mastery Summit. This is not your typical Real Estate event for several reasons. Most noticeably, is the cosplay. Yeah – there’s a literal Gotham ball the first night of the two day event and real estate agents are going to be dressed up as superheroes. Although It’s a bit outside of my typical comfort zone, Yes, I will be participating in the festivities.

Michael Maher: Coach, Author, Speaker

Michael Maher is the leader of RMS and he has quite the loyal and thoughtful following. As an accomplished author he created a name for himself with a unique twist on real estate sales. Dave Ramsey said of Michael “If you want to win in business…this book will show you how.” And Gary Keller said “Master the generosity game…build a powerful, referral-based business…put the wisdom of (7L) into practice.”

Michel focuses his teaching on a give first platform. He try’s to out give other people and be more generous every day. In short, he has found that this leads to a wealth of referrals, and a sharp increase in business.

Michel is passionate about helping others grow. He’s a coach that was always focused on helping others generate Real Estate Referrals as a means for lead generation. Early on, he was an active leader at KCRAR and a star in the Howard Brinton lead Star Power group 10 years ago. But following it’s wind down Michael took the opportunity to step in to help coach other agents forward.

Ive known Michael since our days in the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. We worked on multiple events and projects together there including REBarCampKC. I watched him rise with his team exceeding sales expectations, the launch of his book and the growth and expansion of his company. So I’m honored that Ive been invited to present, and will be on stage Saturday in Atlanta.

Datapool

Leaning into the super hero vibe, I’ll be presenting as Deadpool’s alter ego, Datapool. (sure, you can argue that Deadpool is not a super hero… but thats not the point) We’ve put together a, er-uh “unique” presentation that combines a hefty dose of sarcasm, smatterings of leather and loads of data for a session called “Go from Dirty Data to Dozens of Deals”. (Actually, Michael gets credit for helping with the title) But the inspiration actually came from Tom Ferry.

While on stage with six thousand people in the audience in Dallas, Tom was talking about the Revaluate real estate data audit, and he said “If You wear leather at night, and enjoy a good beating… you are gonna love Revaluate” So thats a real estate referral and compliment, right?

Revaluate is not just built for causing you pain, but rather as a tool to help you generate leads, and real estate referrals. We will follow Michaels lead, and also focusing on giving first at RMS this week, and have several give aways to share.
