Onboarding: Katrinas Three Steps to Success

Fortunately for Revaluate clients, we have a well defined process that will keep you pointed in the right direction for success as you move forward. It all starts with Revaluate’s head of Client Care Katrina Pryjmak. She’s a burst of energy and assistance when you sign up for Revaluate – and you get her professional white glove one on one onboarding and coaching appointment at no additional charge.

So, why attend onboarding?

Most people that have signed up for Revaluate are trying to make their days more efficient; maximizing time and efforts. So, it’s not surprising that you might feel you’re too busy to attend onboarding and you can just figure it out as you go along. After all, it ain’t rocket science, right? However, people who attend onboarding are able to maximize their Revaluate investment.

There are 3 major goals of a brief Revaluate onboarding.

  1. Functionality. Let’s make sure everything is working correctly. So we can ensure accuracy, this session should take place 48 hours after your contacts are imported. This will allow us to review your scores, settings, and integrations. If we are integrated into your CRM you may never log back into your Revaluate account again. Your scores will be viewable from the custom column inside your CRM. If there is a hiccup with your account we will correct it on the spot. This will enable you the highest chance for success. 
  1. Navigation. The second goal is to make sure you are familiar with our dashboard. Our dashboard is fairly easy to navigate but without onboarding some of our essential tools can easily be missed. I recently worked with an agent that missed onboarding months ago. She had no idea she could export her full Reside contact list! This saved her SO much time! 
  1. Q & A. Onboarding is a time to ask questions and strategize the best way to utilize your account. This is critical for maximizing your productivity and results. Every agent, team, and market are different. This gives us the opportunity to review the best practices for your specific goals. It is also the time to go over additional resources that may be available through our other partners. 

After thousands of onboardings over time we know with confidence that these three aspects will get you pointed in the right direction for success.
