The Elite of Real Estate
Historically at this time of year, you would find me in the Big Apple, for the Inman Connect event. But this year, I’m skipping the snow and horns of NYC, and trading them for sand and sun in Florida. Rather, that was the plan – but now it looks like its gonna rain and be chilly. Dang. Still, it was -8 on my drive to Denver Airport this morning – so the 70 deg temperature swing is solid.
But weather is not why I made the switch. It’s the audience.

Elite Real Estate Retreat 2025
Monday and Tuesday of this week Revaluate will be attending and exhibiting at “The Exclusive Real Estate Event of the Year”. The event is only available to Tom Ferry ELITE & TEAM Coaching Members.
2500 of the top Tom Ferry Coaching clients will converge for two days of education, networking and sharing at the Gaylord palms in Orlando, Florida.
I’m fortunate to be opening day two from stage, with Andrew Flachner, RealScout CEO. “Five ways to stop loosing 93% of your listings”. I’m going to be sharing the case study results we did with 500k contacts from agent databases. TLDR: On average, agents only list 7% of the transactions in their database. 93% of the listings in their database are listed with OTHER agents.
Sharpen Your Skills
Wednesday, Revaluate is exhibiting at the Tom Ferry “Listing Edge” event. This is also at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando. It’s open to the whole real estate community, however, it’s sold out.
I think they are expecting about 700 agents, mostly from central Florida.
Why Align With Coaches?
One of the most important things an agent can do, is to work with a coach. There are lots of good coaches out there, and I’m close to several. As they say, theres a flavor for everyone. But what we do know, is that when agents that are held accountable, and that have a system and process, they are more successful and do more deals.
Agents that are coaches, have been thru coaching or who are being coached are typically our most efficient and most happy clients. Revaluate works, but put in the hands of a novice agent, it simply wont produce great results. It would be a low ROI. There are simply too many variables in an agents work. We don’t recommend new agents spend on Revaluate if not working with a coach. However, put Revaluate in the hands of a well trained agent? Its rocket fuel.
Im looking forward to meeting up with clients and friends in Orlando this week, but also excited to connect with so many new faces.
