Record Housing Inventory Shortage Grows

Inman News ran an article I wrote, about the record housing inventory shortage that cites data from several housing industry professionals including my talk with former HUD and FHA Economist Roberto Cavazos, Ph.D. The article examines the factors involved in the critically low inventory levels and claims that we are headed for a worst case scenario.
